Just steady. Regulated. Restorative.

My work blends nervous system support with energy healing, and skincare that goes beyond the surface — bridging grounded therapeutic modalities with energetic recalibration, offering an integrated approach to healing that honors both the body and the field. Using a combination of self-care, Reiki, sound therapy, and coaching to help women come back home to themselves.

I am deeply committed to creating spaces where you can exhale. Where your body softens, and existing feels light. Where we hold a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence so healing unfolds gently and naturally — not through force, but through resonance.
